Family and friends can deposit money in an inmate's account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the Stellar system kiosk located in the lobby of the Washington County Detention Center. There is a $2.00 fee associated with applying funds to an inmate's account.

If you are unable to come to the lobby of the Detention Center, you may also go online to www.JailATM.com to apply funds.

You may also send a Money Order in the amount desired via postal service. Acceptable items received will be applied to the inmate's account as soon as they are processed.

If the person is released, bonds out, or is transferred to another facility, any funds remaining after debts are collected (i.e. medical, county property damages, etc), will be placed on a pre-paid debit card and released with the person.
