Records/Copies

To obtain a copy of an Incident or Accident report, contact 812-883-5999 extension 2223 or Option 1 and ask for Records.  The fee for the report is $12.00.  

If you need an audio disk or photo disk from an accident/incident, the cost is $25.00.

Fees can be paid in person in cash (exact change only).  Fees can also be paid using a credit or debit card in person with proof of identification.   You can also make the payment on line using the following link: www.paygov.us.

There is a convenience fee for any credit card or debit card use.
